For years, I was pushing, striving, always on the go—physically and energetically.
I built my life around movement, teaching pole dance, pouring my energy into strength and expression. But behind all that motion, my body was sending warnings I didn’t want to hear: tightness, fatigue, aches. I thought if I just stretched more, worked harder, stayed disciplined—I’d fix it.
Until the pain became impossible to ignore.
A deep, relentless ache in my neck and shoulders took over.
Doctors, specialists, scans—every answer was the same: “You’re fine.”
But deep inside I knew I wasn’t fine.
My body was signaling its distress, and no one could explain why.
I could feel there was an underlying pattern— and I found it in my birth chart.
That’s when everything clicked.
The planetary pattern burning through my energy, drying my tissues, draining my vitality.
