I’m your astrological and somatic guide, an energy mover on a mission to teach you how to live by astrology through self-love, self-study, and self-empowerment.
My own journey of healing and rebuilding my relationship with my body and inner world is what led me to create Cosmic Embodiment. I discovered that my birth chart held the keys to how my system was designed to operate. Rather than fighting against my nature, I learned to move with it.
I created this immersion because Aries season surges energy forward whether you're ready or not. And this year, there is a powerful convergence of cosmic forces meeting in Aries. How we meet this energy is what determines if we are leading or reacting.
I know the Aries fire intimately — my natal Moon and Mars are both in Aries. Through years of training myself and guiding others on nervous system regulation and moving energy through the body, I recognized the difference between meeting it consciously versus being swept up in it.
